ram do you think I should have to run it well?

Hi Glennw,

CPU Speed (Recommended): 933 MHz
Memory Size (Recommended): 256 MB


Also, your video card should ideally have 128 MB RAM, and
If you are using an onboard video chipset, your system RAM
should be at least 512 MB in order to handle SIMS 2.

I had 256mb of ram. Would 1GB make much speed difference?

1 GB wouldn't make as noticeable a difference as 512 MB would.
