Good day everyone! I've been around for a few weeks so I'm still a newbie. I'm going to buy the new PC this coming week and here are the specs. I was just wondering if there's a good alternative or same features/functions for the motherboard because the Asus P8H77-V LK is not available. Also I chose that GPU because it has good power management. I'm just worried about the motherboard. Comments and suggestions are much appreciated. Thanks!

CPU: Intel Core i5-3570K (3.4Ghz)
Motherboard: Asus P8Z77-V LX -----> any good or better alternatives?
RAM: G. SKills Ripjaws 8GB (2x4GB)
GPU: Powercolor HD7850 2GB 256bit
HDD: Seagate 1TB

You could get a gtx670 instead and add a SSD if you want to.

Okay so I'll reduce my PSU to 500W. I don't need a CPU cooler? For example, what if the room condition is hot? Is that okay?
