Hello,my question is wich woold be a good card to upgrade to. My budget is a bout 130-140euro's. It would be used for gaming at 1280*1024 and maybe later 1080p. I am not a hardcore gamer that wants everything at high,i just want to play on medium without dropping lower then 20fps in games like bf3 and mechwarrior online.
I live in belgium and i am going to buy it at a local computershop so no need to post links etc.

my current setup is:
cpu:e8500 not oc
gpu:gigabyte gtx9800+
420W psu
4gb ddr2 400Mhz ram.

Thank you for reading.

Before you upgrade anything related to video card, I would say upgrade that RAM. 4gb of ddr2 is very low especially compared to your video card. RAM is very cheap so you can find 8gb of ddr3 very easily but to do that you will need a new motherboard and a new cpu to prevent the graphics card from being bottlenecked. Upgrading your motherboard, cpu, and ram, will cost a total of about $190-240 depending on how much you want to upgrade. If you convert that it is about 150-180 euros. Upgrading all of that but keeping the video card will give you a much bigger boost in playing games and everything else you do.

The problem is i dont got the money to buy a new mobo+cpu and ram.
But maybe i am going to save enough money for a phenon x4 965be or an athlon2 750k.

What i meant was that instead of spending the money that you have on a new gpu, just upgrade the cpu, mobo, and get more ram, which will help improve your gaming performance by a lot.
