Hey guys, I'm currently trying to build my first budget gaming rig. I would like all of your opinions and advice to help me decide if I'm getting a good bang for the buck. I'm interested in FPS such as Battlefield and MMO like Diablo 3 by the way. Also I need to know if all of these components are compatible with each other. All feedback is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

While quad core and up is starting to offer a little better performance, You could go with this if you want to plan on upgrading to an i5 and better motherboard sometime in the future.

However, if you want to go amd and get that out of the way, you can go with this one. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/IwYM

With the AMD option, I would still recommend a better motherboard in the future, along with a nice aftermarket cpu cooler if you plan on overclocking.
