Two questions, 1) first off well a wired connection give me a better internet connection...currently I'm using a wireless router
2) How fast of a connection is one expected paying $30? I'm getting around 700Kbps-1Mbps download like 40-90 download ... I know it stinks!

1. Maybe, it depends on the wireless signal strength you have where you want to use the PC.

2. I have NO idea where you even are! You must answer that question by talking with friends to find out how their Internet service is and what they pay for it.
