When I try to install the Heart of Winter expansion disk I am prompted to
uninstall the whole game instead of installing the expansion. I have tried
disabling my Norton internet protection and I have tried compatability mode
with no success.I have a new computer and this is my first experience with
windows xp. My last computer ran windows 98 and I had no problems running any
games, now I have two so far that will not load or will not run after being
loaded. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

have u tried updating ur service pack to sp2 also u might want to try to
updat ur video card drivers.
