I got this new PSU and it works fine but i installed it and turned on my computer. It sounded ok but after a minute it turned right off again and back on in a loop.
I tried changing RAM places and nothing new.

-ECS P67H2-A2 Black Deluxe Motherboard
-Intel Pentium G630 BX80623G630 Processor
-4 Gb of RAM installed
-Rosewill HIVE Series HIVE-750 750W Continuous @40°C, 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified, Modular Design, Single +12V Rail, ATX12V v2.31/EPS12V v2.92, SLI Ready, CrossFire Ready, Active-PFC Power Supply
-Thermaltake VN40006W2N Commander MS-I Snow Edition Tower Case, ATX
-Galaxy GeForce GT 640 GC 64TGF8HX6FTZ Video Card

Also, there is no beeping sound coming from the motherboard.
There is a POST counter on mobo and it says 55 idk what it means
When i took off processor i noticed 2 bent pins on the socket and i dont know if this could be causing it or if i can rebend them.

this is very obviously your cpu... get it fixed, unfortunetely the companys will not take a processor or motherbaord(depends on if the pins are on the motherbaord or cpu) with bent pins... try to bend it back as straight as you can with something that is NOT your fingers and try to get the cpu to get a pin in each hole...

also how did you bend pins?
