How many amps are on the 12v rail on your power supply?

Depends on your entire system, the brand and model of the power supply

Most likely it is not a good brand power supply and it would be lucky to put out 250W.
If you are lucky it works and no problems.
If you are unlucky the power supply fries your card, motherboard, memory, and itself.
