Computer won't turn on?

Hello since this morning my computer doesn't seem to be turning on.

I've tried different power points etc, even attempting the motherboard only trick.

But nothing seems to be working.

A few days ago the USB ports where the power button is slowly stopped working so I thought it might have spreaded to the button so I tried the above.

Bought from IJK Sydney, help please.

Have you tried to jumper the pins on the front connectors? Another thing, is your power supply switched on?

I already tried, I have a button literally on the motherboard for that. The PSU works fine, I just tested it on my new computer. I think it might be the motherboard, do you need the CPU to start up the computer? And yes it is, I tested it on my other computer.
