8500dv standby

Does anybody have a problem putting their computer on
standby when the usb reciever (that came with the RADEON 8500dv) is plugged in? In windows XP I get "MULTIPLE_IRP_REQUESTS" and in Windows 98SE I get Fatal errors.

The Stanby feature for the Windows OS is best not used when dealing with devices of you type, I suggest that you turn your monitor off, or turn your computer off and turn off the Power Management features, as they can confict with the ATI AIW cards.

If it works for you then don't fix it.
