More about radeon 8000 series
  1. The OEM cards are only available to large pre-built system manufacturers, so HP, Dell, Cyberpower type companies.
However they are just re-skinned 7000 series cards.

The proper release of the 8000 series will happen, and will be an upgrade to the 7000 series. Its estimated they will release sometime in the 2nd quarter, as right now they are waiting for 7000 series stock to deplete.

most likely they will have to because unlike last year nvidia will most likely release in the same time frame this year.
