great matx builkd, rosewill line-M is my fave matx case :)  it is one of the best

how much is your budget? i dont see old phenom is a good option today... intel i3 or cheapest i5 will be a great performer. 2-3x more powerful, half the power

The recommended wattage for a 7850 is 500 watts. and as he ^ said, you should get a better cpu. If you don't want to spend a bunch, get a fx 4300 or 6300, if you do, get a 3570k or a fx 8350.

The phenom will out game any of the i3's [ with a little OC ] , and it will nuke them in newer games that can use all 4 cores effectively

Having said that , if you can fit one in your budget the FX 6300 is a better choice
