Hey guys!!! I am finally planning to install ati sapphire 1gb 6670 ddr5(due to tight budget )!!! My question is will my processor bottleneck the GPU???

My processor is AMD Phenom X4 9750 Quad Core @2.4Ghz!!

2gb Ram(planning to upgrade to 4)

Mobo- GIGABYTE GA-M68M-S2P and have an 450w PSU!!!
