Can my AMD Athlon(tm) II X2 250 Processor 3.00 GHz. Handle Radeon 7750?
If not, suggest me a graphics card.
Thank u in advance!

What PC you have, is it Dell or similar or you build it yourself? If it is Dell or similar, please provide your model.

You also did not state your power supply.

Sapphire 7750 DDR5 is most recommended choice, will work on even 220 watt Dell power supply.
