Yes it should no problem, i used to game with an intel pentium 4 with a radeon hd 7750, you willl be just fine. Cant promise to max out bf3 but you should be running good games. Your cpu will handle it fine

Yes it will handle keep atleast you resolution atleast 1366*768 in games so there will less bottleneck.Low resolution = More bottleneck.

it all depends, the saphire is good because its low profile, and can fit in dell optiplex computers, and other desktop computers. But the ati is a a little better in performance

Sapphire 7750 DDR5 is most recommended choice, will work on even 220 watt Dell power supply.
