Yes it should no problem, i used to game with an intel pentium 4 with a radeon hd 7750, you willl be just fine. Cant promise to max out bf3 but you should be running good games. Your cpu will handle it fine
 
I would say you should be okay although I'm not sure on max as well like sam said. here is the recommended requirements for dota 2

What PC you have, is it Dell or similar or you build it yourself? If it is Dell or similar, please provide your model.

You also did not state your power supply.

Sapphire 7750 DDR5 is most recommended choice, will work on even 220 watt Dell power supply.
