CCC 13.2 beta driver fixes (most) of the micro-stuttering issues

http://techreport.com/review/24218/a-driver-update-to-reduce-radeon-frame-times

Although the average FPS drops with the new driver, there is less fluctuation in the time between each frame rendered, thus removing the micro-stuttering.

Be warned that it's a BETA driver. I'm installing it myself to see if Black Mesa would stop micro-stuttering on my N61Jq laptop (i7 720qm, Radeon HD 5730 mobility).

More about beta driver fixes most micro stuttering issues
  1. Beta driver is experimental, unproven, and not DE-bugged.
  2. Its also targeted at specific games via changes for them and for the 7xxx cards. highly unlikely it will have any affect for you if it even installs on a laptop. Might want to read the article
  3. That's why I stated it was beta.

Though I've haven't had that much trouble with previous beta drivers (except for some minor glitches during installation).

    Still testing Black Mesa...
