Hey. I don't know if I'm posting this in right category, but anyway...

So, I got my new PC yesterday. It wasn't really working. I worked out that I need to update my BIOS. I did that today. But it's still a one big trouble.

When I'm turning on my PC it goes smooth till Windows loading screen and then just turns off. If I want to turn it on, I need to turn off and on my PSU, because my monitor just won't work if I don't do that.

Finally, when Windows boots it runs really slow. If I want to update my display drivers I need to go to the Radeon website, but I can't, because my computer hangs when I go to this website http://www.amd.com/us/products/desktop/graphics/7000/7850/Pages/radeon-7850.aspx

I'm not even talking about games, because it's unplayable.

Anyway, my computer should run better, a lot better even. Here are the specs:

Processor: AMD FX-4130
GPU: MSI Radeon HD7850 1GB
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3
RAM: 2x2GB Corsair 1333Mhz DDR3
PSU: Forton 550W

Could you help me? I don't know what to do anymore... And sorry for my bad English.
