Modem connection help

hi guys

i have a modem which got 2 outputs ethernet & USB.

is it posibble to connect both simultenly?

iam using a cable's internet , through a dialr....

but if i do a scheme of connecting the Ethernet to one computer & the USB to another

and launch both dialrs at the same time

Nope, the modem is what doesn't support using both simultaneously. Look at your manual and it should make that clear. Just get a cheap router and usb wireless dongle or switch if the modem has a built in router.
