No monitor response coming out of sleep mode
Upgraded my graphics card. Went from a 6950 to a 7970(both are asus brand). When my pc comes out of sleep mode everything is working except the monitors. I'll even start up windows media center using my remote and i can hear the start up chime. I've read other discussions on this topic and none seem to relate to my problem. I suppose I will need to update my BIOS but I really don't want to. Any advice or other avenues I should take would be greatly appreciated.
My set-up: Bulldozer platform
sabertooth 990fx mb with current BIOS version 1102
Win7 Ultimate
also I did remove all old drivers and install the proper drivers for the new graphics card
