I cannot get my GPU to work. I am certain that i have it plugged in right. When i have it plugged in, I can use the DVI from the back to get a image on my Monitor BUT I cannot install the drivers. Everytime I go to install AMD Catalyst, it works fine but after install I just see my default windows background. I don't see my Taskbar/icons/etc. The only way i can get it to go back to normal is to go into safe mode and restore. Under device manager my GPU is listed as VGA Adapter- Then after install of Catalyst it works. until in restart. someone help me!
