Hi, I spoke to microsoft around the start of the year complaining about the
right shift key being used for disabled access and the problems it causes
when playing games that require the right shift key. We went through a number
of steps to try to remove it and I thought it had gone however to my horror
it is back.

The menu will not work so when activated it cannot be turned off due to what
the microsoft support person helped me with, I can't find the emails that I
received from microsoft to try to reverse what we did so I'm asking for help.
Does anyone know how to remove this feature from the os either by killing
processes or any other method? this is one feature that should not be there
and is very annoying.
