Recently I purchased a new graphics card being ASUS GTX 680, and after about 10 minutes of playing games, I get the BSOD. This was never the issue with my old graphics card (ASUS EAH6850)...my specs are as follows:
Motherboard: ASUS Sabertooth 990FX 2.0
CPU: AMD 8-Core FX 8320
Graphics: ASUS GTX 680
Power Supply: 700W
Memory: 16GB RAM
I believe that the reason for the BSOD is in relation to my new graphics card, as this did not occur with the previous. For a while I have been searching through the web for a solution to my issue. I have used Driver Sweeper to clean out my old Graphics drivers as well as my new ones and reinstalling the new ones, I have tried to update my graphics driver to the latest, still get the screen. I thought maybe my computer was overheating, so i removed the side off the case which made it a lot cooler, still get BSOD. As a gamer, this is really frustrating and would love to get it solved with your help!
