  1. 750 watts is enough
  2. 750w is VERY overkill.

If you only have 1 GPU, 500w is more than enough. Make sure your 750w PSU is from a good company. Many PSUs from unreliable companies (coolermaster, raidmax, coolmax, etc.) only make 2/3 or less of their stated wattage.

    What company makes your 750w
  3. You can see my stats in my sig, and I run a 450w psu.

    Which PSU? Just curious.
  5. Dammit, you made me look. It's a 650w!! Not sure why I had 450w in my head. It's an antec. I was especially concerned when I just went to the watt calculator site, entered my OC info, and it said I needed 410 minimum.

Still, I agree with you above that 500w should be more than enough, but OP should run the calculator to be sure.
  6. Only reason you would need to upgrade is for future upgrade expansions like sli or cross fire.
