Hello,
Where can I get cheap parts? I want to build a bare bones pc starting with a AMD 6 or 8 core. any suggested sites?

You can check lowest prices available using www.pcpartpicker.com. Just plug in the parts you want, and it will give you the best prices available from the web. If you want to shop at just a single location online, NewEgg or Microcenter are good for packages.

we could help out with the build process. just give us a budget, location of purchase, if you are overclocking, and if you are planning to run 2 video cards in the future

Depends on the country too. The link in my signature lists stores for nearly 200 countries in Europe, Africa, South America, North America, and Asia.
