enable or disable Superfetch:

WINDOWS START-> type "services.msc" -> find "Superfetch" and double-click -> click START or STOP then OK

FYI, mine was OFF and I had difficulty finding information as to when it should be on or off. Does it depend on how much RAM and how fast your drives are?

I just don't know. I turned it ON out of curiosity and will see what happens.

Note that it says "startup type" is MANUAL. So I guess it's OFF until you turn it ON? Seems kind of strange to leave that up to the user but not really explain to anyone whether it's best on their system to enable or disable it. Weird.
