Is it possible to run a Nvidia Geforce 620 Gt on a 240W PSU?

Is it possible?

Intel i5 660 3.30ghz
Seagate 500gb 72K HDD
Standard Intel HD graphics (Wanting to replace with Card)
and a few other things like :

Dvd drive,
19" monitor
Keyboard
mouse

    Minimum PSU Wattage: 186 W
    Recommended
    PSU Wattage: 236W


    but, Thats with a SCSI, with a Normal SATA, its:
    Minimal: 168 W
    Recommended
    PSU Wattage: 218W

    But, I have a Sata 72K rpm Seagate... So? which one is it?
