Hello,

I am using VideoLan 0.7.2 and have been unable to use the
hotkey for fwd/rwd 10 secs. The config under settings/hotkeys
says to use ctrl+q and ctrl+b, but nothing happens.

The hotkeys for fwd/rwd 1min works.

Is this a known bug?
