Hey Everyone.
It's me again and I have lost my brain. I feel incredibly stupid. I can't remember how to get the desktop theme utility. I'm running windows 2000 and I did it with 98 but I forgot what I did so please help. I am someone who can't look at a blue screen.
It's only confusing to people who won't spend time learning.

I tried the properties thing but that only allows you to upload a picture compared to when you download desktop themes they are in a diffrent file and you need that special program that is desktop themes. The problem is i can't find it on my win 2000 cd.

It's shareware, I don't think there is a freeware version. You can get the program at <A HREF="http://www.windowblinds.net/" target="_new"> here</A>.
