DDR II

What exactly is DDR II (other than "a new memory standard")?
Does it have lower latency? Does it scale up to higher clock speeds better? It is packaged differently? etc...
I know that the standard isn't finalized yet, but does anyone have some idea?

Bah, never mind. I should have had a look first and posted if I couldn't find anything rather than the other way around.
