Gpu not seen in device manager

Hi, I just re-installed windows 7 ultimate 64-bit and for some reson it will not detect my gpu and a lot of my rear usb 2 hubs ARE NOT WORKING i HAVE TRIED ISTALLING DRIVERS and taking the card in and out and nothing happens. I am using a radeon 7770 gpu and a ASUS Sabertooth motherboard R2.0

try a bios reset, its between the nic and the usb 3.0
