Best GPU no PSU upgrade

Hi guys im looking to get a better GPU with out having to upgrade my PSU. Now i know if will not be the best for today but it will most likely be better than what i got amd hd radeon 2 series its not a super gaming comp just want to get alittle more fps. Im not sure what i can upgrade too without having to upgrade PSU any advice would be great.

System i got is Dell Dimension C521
W7 34bit
4GB ram

HD7750 low power consumption and good performance in a small card.. get the low profile version

HD 7750 hands down.it can handle games upto 1400*900 resolution.it can work with any powersupply
