Nokia 3220 case

I have the Nokia 3220 camera phone, the one with the rubber grips that
light up on the sides. I have looked everywhere for a case that will
cover just the LCD screen not the key pad as well as the little opening
in the back for the camera. Everything I have found so far would
require me to take the camera out to either use the camera or use the
keypad without the plastic. Any ideas?
