HDMI issues with onboard graphics

I've got a unique situation that I hope some of you experts can offer some help with. I'm using an HTPC in a rack with onboard HDMI that outputs to 3 TVs via an HDMI Splitter. When one of the TVs is set to the computer input, the computer will detect the display in graphics properties and show the image on the TV. However, when the TV is not on the computer input, it's seen as being disconnected from the computer. The problem is that when I return to the computer input on the TV, it doesn't automatically reconnect. The computer has switched back to VGA output and I'd have to go back to the rack and click Detect Displays for it to reconnect.

Is there a way to force HDMI output at all times, even when no display is detected? Or a device that can be connected to the splitter to mimic an HDMI display to keep the signal on at all times?

Or is there a video card that will output HDMI no matter if a display is detected?

I'm willing to entertain any ideas that will get this to work fluidly. Thanks!!
