MSI GeForce 660 TI graphical glitch and crashing issues?

Hello,

So I bought all the components for a new computer about 3 weeks ago. Included among them was an MSI GeForce 660ti OC Edition graphics card.

Unfortunately, I seem to be having some graphics problems when playing games:

1. About 1/3rd of the time when playing a game it'll load up with graphical glitches. This as occurred with Assassin's Creed 3, Planetside 2, Civ V, and Evochron Mercenary (though does seem to happen more often with AC3).

2. About 1/5th the time the game will crash, specifically AC3.

3. Every now and then my Chrome browser will freeze up and refuse to reload pages properly. Essentially I get a black screen on the browser.

4. Occasionally I'll get a message saying something about the Nvidia display drivers crashing.

All my drivers are up to date.

Is this an inherent problem with the graphics card? Should I RMA it and get a new one? Or is there possibly some other reason for this?
