No, lol. Do you have on vsync? If so, the game's frame rate is probably being limited to 60fps. That would be why you are seeing low percentages. Skyrim should be a walk in the park for your gpu.

I highly doubt that a i5 3570K @ 4.2 GHz can bottleneck an HD 7950. It's probably that you have V-Sync on.

V-sync is turned off manually through preferences.ini in my documents that's why i am scratching my head as to why the hell i would have this problem. Also as you can see on the MSI afterburner on the top left of my screen on the photo i am running above 60 fps, meaning, V-sync is off.

You are perfectly fine.skyrim game is more cpu dependent that gpu that is why gpu usage is less.

I see so when i add 50+ mods i guess then my gpu will be tested and my cpu should be fine. http://www.pcgamer.com/2012/10/28/the-25-best-skyrim-mo... Its awesome.
