How do i get into my ssid

hi can you help me please how do i get into my ssid the wireless network is got my name on it and need to take my name out thanks

Open your internet browser and put the default ip in which is usually 192.168.1.1

Then a security window will open. If you haven't changed the default username and password it will be along the lines of:

Username: admin
Password: admin

Which if that works you can then change the ssid from the wireless tab on your router settings page. Also make sure you save your settings, and that will change your ssid.
