Cant seem to get all three screens working with my Triplehead2go DE.

Hello everyone! I have an Alienware M15x and am trying to hook my Triplehead2go digital edition (the one with DVI imput) to it so as to have 3 screens for surround gaming.
As some of you may know the M15x has a display port for outbound video. I have a display port to DVI adapter and have a Dual link DVI cable going from my adapter to the triplehead2go.

Alas I cant seem to get any video to all 3 screens. I have troubleshot for hours, installing the software, uninstalling the software, taking all the proper steps in hooking it up etc... I can get 1 screen to work when I lower the resolution to 1280 by 800 and "duplicate" both the lappy screen and the one screen. I cant seem to get it to go to all 3 when I up the resolution to the proper 5040 x 1050 and have the matrox as my "primary" screen.

Im using the triplehead2go on another computer right now and want to be able to unplug the matrox from my one computer and plug it into my laptop. (same screens, same cables, etc...) Please help!
