I need some advise on how to get a wifi internet signal from a source 100yds (300ft) away. In one house there is a wildblue surfbeam dish and modem mod. sm2100-30 with a netgear wireless router 54mbps mod. wgr614v7 (802.11g)?? Its pretty much a straight shot with maybe some tree branches and leaves partially in the way in the summer. my computer is a 2007 dell xps demension 410/9200, not sure what if any wifi card it has if any, there is also a building about halfway between the dish hookup and my computer if i needed a place to jump the signal from. what do i need to get a internet signal from the dish soursr to my other building(computer)?? I own both places and the property,, Also this internet dish system is rather slow,,almost like dialup,,any way or advise on how to make it faster? Thanks Roy
