6610i - Remove Branding - Can I?

Hi, please could anyone help me to remove the branding from my new 6610i. I
bought one today because it was cheap and it was locked to O2. I have
managed to unlock it so that I can use my Vodafone SIM, but I would also
like to get rid of the O2 graphic that momentarily appears just after
power-up?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
