When I am playing games, suddenly my keyboard and mouse stop responding, but it is not frozen. Things still move around on the screen but I have no control. Sometimes if I unplug the keyboard and mouse and plug them back in, they will start working again. I have tried the defualt windows drivers and logitech drivers with no success.

I have:
ECS K7S5A mboard
AMD XP 1600+
Standard Logitech keyboard and ball mouse
256 mb sdram
GF2 GTS 32mb
Win 98 SE
