I cannot see the image here at work, so I apologize if it answers my question: Do you have your display set to its native resolution? This is typically the highest it will display. At its native resolution, text and images naturally fall within clear pixel boundaries, but at a different resolution, text and images that fall on "half" pixels will make them look blurry.

I can see it at home now. It looks like you have selected a particularly "thin" font. I would suggest changing it, perhaps to the default. Make sure "Font Smoothing" is turned on as well.
