GPU is overheating

Hello, my GPU is overheating and crashes my PC. HMonitor software shows the cpu temp rising to 105c before shutting down. It also shows that the PSU is putting out 2.6v on the 12v rail. I had replaced the previous PSU because it showed 3.66v and the GPU was doing the same thing then. All fans are working including the PSU. bHelp

    How old is your gpu?
Reapply thermal paste, and make sure that the heat sink is in proper contact with the thermal paste.

Tks xttony, I had already done that but to no avail. Finally r/r'd the GPU and life is good again. Tks again for your suggestion, though.
