any video card will do it. more importantly is picking a video card that will be compatible with your current system meaning how much power your power supply can deliver...does your motherboard have pcie slots?
in windows you can set an option in displays to mirror each other meaning to identical copies on two screens but you cant be drawing on one screen and be using other applicaiton on another as thats an operating system limitation. when you surf the web you have one active window and you can work in that window....even if you have two browsers open side by side you have to click with your mouse to select the active one to be able to type addresses in it for example if that makes sense
