SLI causing color banding/color distortion on monitor

I've had an SLI set-up for close to a year now, first time this problem has shown up. As of yesterday, whenever I enable SLI, the colors on my left monitor become... messed up. Whites become yellow or blue (seems random, sometimes one or the other happens), bands of color instead of gradients. Color is perfectly fine on my right monitor with SLI enabled. The left monitor is both the 'primary' and the 'SLI focus'.

This has worked perfectly until yesterday, when this problem started.
To try to fix it, yesterday I re-installed the nvidia driver. It seemed to work. However, I did another restart today, and now the problem has returned. I'm very confused.

I have 2 Nvidia 560ti's. Using the latest driver. Dual monitors, one plugged into each GPU.

Please help!

The only thing that I can think of that 'changed' is that yesterday, the nvidia control panel asked me if I wanted to change the SLI focus to my right monitor (apparently it was on the left one). I pressed agree, and this problem started. However, there is no option for setting it back.

Ever any resolution to this? I just added another 2GB GTX 560ti to my rig and have encountered the same problem... :-[ While running 3dMark the color banding started. Desktop normal when not running, though im running 2 monitors through card 1.

I was never able to nail it down. I recommend cleaning the SLI bridge with isopropyl alcohol, making sure everything is well seated, and trying a bunch of different drivers.

My SLI setup has been far from problem free over the years, but everything seems to have worked itself out with the latest versions of software and such.

Also try using a different monitor output configuration (hdmi + dvi or something).

I know this is an old question, but I experienced this issue recently. It was with a single monitor however. I had two sli flexible bridges connecting my cards. When I removed the 2nd bridge and only used the one, it corrected the issue for me. I haven't had that problem before, but I can confirm color banding and flickering is caused by an sli bridge issue. Hope this helps somewhat.
