Did the bluetooth include with windows7

Hello,
my laptop Toshiba Tecra a9 include bluetooth with the windows vista,now I have upgrade it to Windows 7 but cant finde bluetooth device, how can I fix this problem? thanks. gabyjamo@hotmail.com

When you upgraded your OS, you probably lost alot of drivers that your computer needs so that it can use some of it's features correctly, usually this is a pretty easy fix, simply download the new drivers.

Without knowing the exact model number and version of windows 7 your are using (home 64-bit, ultimate 32-bit ETC.) I can't give you a direct link to the driver you will need, however I can give you a link to the website where you can try to fill out the information yourself.

To determine which drivers you need, right click the computer icon on your desktop, choose properties and click the item that says device manager on the upper left. Items with a yellow symbol that has an exclamation point will require attention.
