Computer crashes after updating graphic card drivers.

-870a-g54 Motherboard
-HIS Radeon 6870 graphics card
-AMD Phenom 2 Black edition processor
-6 gigs of Gskill ddr3
After I install the graphic card drivers and I restart my computer will either stay black after the Windows load up screen or let me log on then crash to black screen if I try to play a game or run internet browser. I have ran Everest to check on my system. Used three different power supplies. Two different video cards ran memtest. MAde sure it wasn't overheating. It runs fine with out the drivers installed. just after I install them it crashes. I've had to reinstall windows a couple times now. Running windows 7 ultimate 64 bit.
