How much of a difference 2ms,5ms,7ms?

How much of a difference does it make if your monitor is 2, 5, or 7 MS response time? Can you feel it or not? And is it worth the money to get a 2ms?

I have a 2ms monitor an a 5ms monitor. I can't tell the difference really. save the 100$ and get a 5ms. just imo.
