Will nfs uc work on intel core(tm)2 duo cpu T 66100,2 20 ghz and 4gb RAM system

I have a system with above said properties on which iam unable to play nfs_undercover game.Kindly suggest me methodology to load the game on my system with properties as defined above

cannot, you are first on a laptop, second minimum cpu speed is 3Ghz, ram is not an issue, third, laptop video is probably not strong enough, nothing you can do, you can even go here = http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri and put in the field the game you want to run and it will show you what you are missing, unfortunately 95% of laptop cannot change cpu or graphics
