Which of these two cooling solutions is better for an HD 7950 card?

Gigabyte's Windforce Triple Fan cooling or Sapphire's Vapor-X cooling?

I'm looking for a card that will overclock well into the 1100 Core/1500 Mem while staying as cool as possible.

I don't plan to Crossfire as my mobo doesn't have two PCI-E 16x slots.

I'm only looking at these two brands due to expensive prices of other brands.

I would go with the windforce card, they are very cool and quiet. I tend to stay away from sapphires cards because of lack of reliability and customer service.
