AMD Radeon HD 7900 Series is stop working

Hi! i got this messaging coming up when im gaming, Mostly League of Legends:
AMD Driver has stop working and has been recovered.

OPERATING SYSTEM: Windows 7
CPU TYPE: AMD Phenom™ II X4 965 Processor 3.42 GHz
SYSTEM MEMORY: 16 GB
VIDEO CARD MODEL: AMD Radeon HD 7900 Series 3GB

i have tried:
- turn off Windows Aero
- Update BIOS
- Update AMD Vision Enginge Control Center
- Reinstall Drivers (like amd)
- Reinstall Windows 7
- Reinstall Games(Like LoL)
- Actually tried to clock Overdrive a little bit on AMD Control Center..(Without seeing this really neccessary)

does someone know what to do?

What Catalyst version were you running on?

I would try a clean re-install of probably 13.1 - as in, boot into safe mode and then run Driver Sweeper to make sure no leftover files from the previous driver are present.
