Single slot PCIe with 2 dual link dvi and DX11 Nvidia?

I am looking for a single slot PCIe with 2 dual link DVI to replace my 9800GT. I see EVGA and Zotac GT 620 as the potentials. But they are weak compared to 9800GT. So any other suggestion on the particular cards that meet those qualification? The computer is more for multimedia rather than game. I mean the GT620 could fulfill that need but i hate to step backward.

nm. Got my question answered. GT 640, about even with 9800GT. Also GTX650Ti
